Understanding
Please take a moment to read and understand the terms and conditions of this project.
It's crucial that everyone on the team understand how our creative process will unfold and how the media will be used. Your comfort and understanding of the process is my biggest priority which is why I ask that everyone involved in this project sign my image release including the models and vendors in order to receive a copy of the images.
This way, I can most easily gather email addresses and ensure a timely delivery of the media, when it's ready for release and that everyone is up to speed on the details.
Behind the scenes content is welcome and encouraged, unless a client specifies otherwise.
Here's what to know:
Projects that involve a paying client.
I love sharing my work with modes and vendors involved with a project. With that said, I always get consent from my clients before sharing their imagery. Once I have the green light from them, I'll get to work on getting some images for you.
Editorial and publication projects.
All vendors and models will receive a download link to the full gallery (10 - 100 retouched images depending on the project) once the publication is approved. This is due to exclusivity and confidentiality reasons that many publications require. For that reason bts content can only be shared leading up to the release. The publication process may take 3 - 12 months. These model releases are non revokable.
Creative collaboration including TFP.
For these sessions a proof galley with a minimum of 3 retouched, high resolution images is included. Additional images are available for purchase at an industry-rate unless otherwise discussed. The final edits are delivered within 6 weeks. These model releases may be revoked, in which case a $450 session fee will apply.
A Note on Patreon & OnlyFans.
Models, if you plan on sharing any of my work on Patreon or OnlyFans, that automatically upgrades our collab to a commercial project. Please discuss this intention before we shoot so we can workout a fair arrangement.
– If applicable, please submit any proof gallery selections via the Pic-Time portal and avoid typing out and sending image numbers via email.
– No additional cropping, editing, filters or retouching is permitted of our work together unless pre-arranged for select commercial projects.
– Only downloaded web-resolution images (not high resolution) can be shared to social media and high resolution for print purposes – this is the best way to avoid any resolution issues. Do not post screen shots.
– I oversee all retouching in-house, unless we've pre-arranged for an editing team to work on the project.
– For that reason, RAWs are generally not available unless pre-arranged for commercial projects. Additional fees may apply to obtain them.
